Mark’s current role involves providing strategic direction, and leadership to the executive teams with an eye towards ensuring sustainability and continued growth. Mark also believes in the “hands-on approach”, by working with clients to improve their IT infrastructure while handling support calls on a daily basis as well.

John is Vice President of Sales and Business Development. When John joined the team he brought with him more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry. His focus is to build strong business relationships with our clients. He is also responsible for the creation of strategic partnerships across North America that can enhance the business outcomes for our clients.

NDX BACKGROUND

NDX evolved out of an established value-add reseller (VAR) supporting, implementing business applications.  Both Mark and John previously held positions in organizations that implemented ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solutions. This became their basis of knowledge in working with clients that needed to deploy new financial, distribution and manufacturing solutions in conjunction with rapidly changing technology.  Our vision foresaw the changing of IT environments and in turn we changed our focus to providing Managed IT Services for our clients.  Our experience working with clients to understand their traditional Business Process Management works hand-in-hand with developing and implementing a Cloud computing business process management.

We recognized the fundamental challenges of small to medium sized businesses to support an IT infrastructure as well implement, integrate and support cloud-based solutions.
